A young women empowerment network is an initiative by a group of young graduates from different universities in Kenya, whose main aim is to create a platform for young women from all over the county to be able to address issues that are associated with the Job market and innovation. University finalists also need a platform to gain experience and also use their acquired skills to empower other women.

Women go through so much, as it is because they are regarded as the weaker species and because of this an initiative that will change their mind and equip their mind for their betterment is being launched soon.
Far Above Rubies is how they call themselves and are going high, they target young working women, fresh graduates and other innovative women whose main aim in life is to change other women, and get rid of the common knowledge that women are their own enemies. Politician women, corporate women, Medical women in the forces,etc are backing up this young minds and are believing that through them so much will be achieved.
Stigmatization is another objective that Far than Rubies expect to conquer, all the counties in Kenya are expected to allow their women representatives to attend to the forums and later use the networking and knowledge gained to enrich their counties. Women in poweful positions are urged to employ other women who in turn will help their community’s to grow. Far than Rubies is being moulded to advocate for fairness in employment, defending young women against forced marriages, FGM, health issues and regaining the power that they have to make Kenya a better place.
