Kipsaro Boit was born and grew up in the environs of Eldoret. He joined Lenana Boys which he says played a great role in shaping his business and leadership skills. Kipsaro served as the Chair of Moi University Student Organization (MUSO) a position which was once held by the senator of Homabay Moses Kajwang.
