Where to Collect Huduma Number Card: Office Collection Point

Huduma Number Cards office location, collection points for each constituency and sub county in Nairobi County. Huduma Namba cards can be collected any time from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Below is a list of locations in each constituency in Nairobi county where you should go and collect your huduma number card. You are required to present your ID number and SMS sent to you.

If you did not receive the colletion SMS, you can present yourself in the area you registered to confirm if it is ready (for Nairobi County residents only).

Sub-County is also used to mean constitueny.
