Residents of Nairobi are experiencing  a never seen prolonged shortage of water as the The cabinet secretary in the  Ministry of Water and Irrigation Eugene Wamalwa begins his campaigns for the Nairobi governorship position.

 

The most hit areas include Kasarani Area, Hunters Mwiki, Roysambu, Kahawa West, Kilimani Area, Jamuhuri, Karen, Eastleigh  area e.t.c

 

No official communication has been issued by Nairobi Water on what is exactly is happening as Governor Evans Kidero goes mute. Attempts to reach Nairobi water Company  to address the issue have failed.

 

The situation has forced the affected residents to spend hours looking for water, often risking their lives and health. Water vendors who many believe are the water  cartels  are ripping big  from their sells.
