University of Nairobi September Graduates collection of Certificates

All graduates of the 53rd Congregation for the conferment of degrees and award of diplomas held on September 4, 2015 are requested to collect their certificates at the University of Nairobi Central Examinations Centre, Chiromo Campus in the following order:

1. MONDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2015 – FRIDAY OCTOBER 9, 2015

BACHELORS DEGREES ONLY FOR:
• School of Education
• School of Continuing and Distance Education

2. MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2015 – FRIDAY OCTOBER 16, 2015

BACHELORS DEGREES ONLY FOR:
• College of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences
• College of Architecture and Engineering
• College of Biological and Physical Sciences

3. MONDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2015 – FRIDAY OCTOBER 23, 2015

ALL MASTERS DEGREES ONLY

4. MONDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2015 – FRIDAY OCTOBER 30, 2015

ALL DIPLOMAS AND POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMAS ONLY FOR:
• College of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences
• College of Architecture and Engineering
• College of Biological and Physical Sciences
• College of Education and External Studies

5. MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2015 – FRIDAY NOVEMBER 6, 2015

ALL GRADUATES WHO WERE UNABLE TO COLLECT THEIR DEGREE CERTIFICATES AS PER THE ABOVE SCHEDULE
• College of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences
• College of Architecture and Engineering
• College of Biological and Physical Sciences
• College of Education and External Studies
The following will be required before collection of the certificates:
• Original National Identity Card (ID card).
• Original graduand’s clearance form (academic dress collection form).
Certificates should be collected by Friday, November 6, 2015. Any certificate not collected by that date will be liable to a storage charge of Kshs. 1,000/= per year. For avoidance of doubt, any part of a year after the expiry of the collection date shall attract a storage charge of Kshs. 1,000/=.
