Online Learning technologies for students: Millions of students globally are locked in their homes due to the escalating cases of Covid-19.

There are over 50 online learning resources by endorsed by Google for education that can be used by teachers and students to keep learning during this stalemate.  

Some examples of online resources are highlighted below:

  • Khan Academy

The above mentioned online tools are just a few among many other websites that can be beneficial to students during this crisis. They are not owned by Google.

Most of these online resources share common characteristics as most of them offer their services for free to all the affected schools globally for a period of up to one year.

Some of the activities available in these resources include free digital reading and writing lessons, live broadcasts of class sessions with videos that can be shared, digital exam application and practical classrooms among many others.

Some have specific purposes for example Capti voice has a room that enables students with special needs to learn online like the rest.

Cignition offers mathematics courses practical and examshile Labster has specialized in science courses.
