New web rankings indicate that the Standard media website rankings are on a steady decline as Nation Media goes to the top
It is a dark month for Standard Media Main website and thinks seems not to be working well.
Standardmedia.co.ke has now dropped from the 4th most highly visited websites by Kenyans to number 25th. It is now the worst ranked national media website in Kenya trailing behind Nation Media, The Star Media, Citizen TV e.t.c.
Statistics do not lie – they just help tell the truth. A graph below show a steady decline of standard media traffic over the last months.
Once again, there are no reasonable explanation for the sharp drop in standard media rankings, but there is one clue which is decline of organic traffic. Alexa rankings are mostly based on stats obtained from search engine traffic. Even if you receive high traffic and your search engine traffic is low then you are likely to be affected.
