Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology (JOOUST) is a public university in Kenya located in a serene environment near Lake Victoria in Bondo Constituency, Siaya County. It was founded in 2009 and named after Jaramogi Oginga Odinga the vice president of Kenya.
