Revising for KCSE Geography examination and sample revision past papers: As a form four candidate, your desire is to pass your KCSE exams with flying colors so that you can join a University/college of your choice. However, that can only happen if you pay special attention to your studies and carry on thorough  revision in all your subjects. If Geography is one of your subjects, then you also  have no choice  but to revise well. Here is how you can go about your revision ;

 

Balance  your revision timetable

 

Draft a revision  timetable  and diligently  follow it. Do not use time allocated  for  another  subject to revise for something  else. If it’s  time for Geography, get into it and revise as you write short points for easy reference. This is because Geography  is quite wide  and can turn overwhelming to study especially  in the last weeks if one does not have short  notes.

 

Purchase/borrow enough revision  materials.

Inform  your guardian  or parent  to purchase you revision books. Be sure  to check out the school library  for more revision  materials. Plan your revision  time well such that you get time to go through everything atleast a week  before  examination  time. This will give you confidence  and allow  you to relax and reflect a bit just  before exams.

 

Hold a questions  and answers  forum

Get a few study-mates and be having a questions  and answers session, where you will be answering  questions off head to see how much you have been able to grasp. This will help you know areas that need more polishing. You will also be able to learn through people’s way of answering  questions. You can invite the subject  teacher to be present  and also ask extra questions.
