Photos of Today’s (24th Wednesday May 2017) NASA political rally in Isiolo.  After The Kisii rally, NASA Presidential candidate Railla Odinga (ODM party leader) will be leading his Co-principals: Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper), Musalia Mudavadi (ANC), Moses Wetangula (Ford Kenya) and Isaac Ruto (CCM) in a campaign rally in Isiolo.

The five NASA principals and their supporters will gather for their third political rally after the naming of Raila Odinga as the NASA presidential candidate. These comes shortly after the president Uhuru Kenyatta held  rally in Isiolo with a cold reception.

Political Dynamics in Isiolo County
Isiolo County is located between the Northern and Southern  part of Kenya. A large number of its inhabitants are from the Muslim community.

Isiolo Governor Godana Doyo was elected on a Jubilee ticket in 2013 and decamped in 2017  from Jubilee to the Party of Development and Reforms.

Most members of parliament in Isiolo County were elected under the then Jubilee Coalition parties (URP and TNA) in 2013 .
In  the 2013 general elections Raila Odinga  Garnered 14,108  votes in Isiolo county while his competitor Uhuru Kenyatta got 26,401 votes.
