Here is a highlight of the Moi University 37^th Graduation Ceremony;

• Date: Thursday 20^th December 2018.
• Venue: Main Campus, Graduation Pavilion Grounds.
• Levels of Graduation: Diploma, Undergraduate, Masters and PhD
• Direction: Moi University Main Campus is Located in Keses Town. Just take a vehicle from Eldoret Main stage heading to Keses tell them to drop you at Moi Main Campus.

Confirmation of Graduation Names

All candidates expecting to graduate are supposed to confirm their results, order of names and spelling from the respective dean of school’s office. The names should read in this order (Sir Name, First Name, and Others). Names should be the same as those that appear in KCSE certificate.

Payment of Fees

All prospective graduands are required to clear any fee arrears or balance.  Those who will not have cleared by Tuesday 20th November, 2018 will be excluded from the graduation list.

Academic Dress or Graduation Gown

Graduands will be issued with graduation gowns at their respective Dean’s Offices on the week of graduation. All graduation regalia must be returned in time and those returned after the deadline shall attract a penalty fee of Kshs. 500.00 per day.
