Masinde Muliro University students protest over the death of their colleague

Masinde Muliro University students on Thursday took to the streets demonstrating over the death  of their  colleague Abigael Chesang.
The students protested demanding the Kakamega County Referral Hospital to compensate the family of Abigael Chesang and meet the funeral expenses.
The demonstrating students also demanded for the Closure of Kakamega County Referal Hospital or prosecution of the medical officer that was involved in the death of Abigael Chesang.

Abigael Chesang is reported to have passed on at around 2.30 am Monday  after delivery due to medical negligence at the Kakamega County Referal Hospital.
