2024 KUCCPS revision of courses for KCSE 2023 candidates has now started. This means that you can now apply for courses using kuccps student portal. Unlike previous years, students placed to public universities under the government-sponsored program will be funded through scholarships and loans. Those placed to private universities will not be able to apply for scholarships. We have provided a link/URL with detailed information about the new university fund model below this article.

KUCCPS 2024 application Dates

Candidates who sat their KCSE in 2023 can now start revision of courses through KUCCPS student portal after Education CS officially launched the process (Here is a guide on how to apply for Degree, Diploma Certificate, and Craft Courses via KUCCPS portal).

Form four leavers who did their KCSE between 2000 and, 20222 can apply for diploma and certificate courses.

Deadline of application, February 20, 2024.

KUCCPS Placement Process

During the first revision courses, students will have an opportunity to apply for courses afresh. This includes those who made their selection in Secondary School. After the first revision has been completed, KUCCPS will process and announce where students have been placed.

Students who would not have been placed after the first revision will have a chance to make an application for available courses during the second revision

2024 Cut-off points

Students who had KCSE mean Grade of C+ (plus) and above can apply for Degree courses, while those who had C-(minus) and above can apply for Diploma courses. On the other hand, students who had a D (plain) and above can apply for Certificate courses while those with E can apply for Artisan programmes
