If you are amongst the shortlisted applicants, you will be interviewed twice to gauge your qualification for the program. In the first phase of the interview, all the shortlisted candidates are orally interviewed and later given an aptitude test in the second phase of the interview. The interviews are often complex and demanding to ensure that only the best applicants qualify.

Training and deployment

The applicants that successfully passed the interview are later contacted by the company after a couple of months and are invited for a two years Training program at the Kenya Revenue Authority Training Institute (KRATI). If you successfully complete the training program and perform well in the coursework and fieldwork of the program, you will be initiated to the company as a full-time employee.
