Kisii University student portal guide: How to book your room online and via sms

For Incoming First years

Room booking will be done by sms through the chief Hall Officer on dates (15th -24th August) using phone number 0726852959. No need of visiting the University for booking

All successful bookings shall be communicated to students via the stated phone number and the list posted on the University website by Friday August 26, 2016.

Room Booking Fees for first years
All students who receive the notification of successful room booking will be expected to pay Kshs. 3500 per semester to the University fees account and present bank pay-in slips at the Halls Department registration desk.

Note that the university has limited spaces (500 spaces Only), therefore students are advised to make prior arrangements for private accommodation in the private hostels which cost between Kshs. 7000 – 9000 per semester.
