Kenyatta University  39th Graduation Ceremony and graduands list of 18th December 2015

Kenyatta University will be celebrating its 39th Graduation Ceremony for ALL candidates who qualified during the 2014/2015 academic year for the conferment of various degrees and the award of diplomas and certificates on Friday, 18th December, 2015 at the Graduation Square.

 

 
GRADUATION FEES

 

 

The Graduation Fees payable for the various awards as follows:
• Certificate and Diploma 3,000/=

• Bachelors Degree – 3,500/=

• Postgraduate Diploma – 5,000/=

• Masters Degree – 5,000/=

• Doctorate Degree 6,000/=
All payments should be made by Friday, 4th December, 2015 to any of the following Kenyatta University Accounts:

ACADEMIC ATTIRE

 

All graduands will be required to be in full academic attire during the ceremony. The attire will be issued at respective Schools from Monday 7th to Thursday 17th December, 2015 during working days upon payment of the graduation fees.

 

 
RETURN OF ACADEMIC ATTIRE

 

All graduands are expected to return the academic attire latest by 8th January, 2016, after which a fine of Ksh 500.00 per day will be levied for any attire returned after the deadline.

 

REHEARSAL

 

It is MANDATORY that all graduands who wish to participate in the ceremony attend the rehearsal at the Graduation Square on Thursday, 17th December 2015 at 9. 30 a.m. Graduands attending the rehearsal should be seated by 9.00 a.m.
GRADUANDS’ PROCESSION

 

All graduands will enter the Graduation Square in a procession. The procession will form at 7.30 a.m. with all the graduands lined according to their respective Schools. The procession will enter the Graduation Square at 8.00 a.m. Only graduands who will be in the procession will be allowed into the Graduation Square for the Graduation Ceremony.

 
TIME

 

The Graduation Ceremony will start promptly at 8.45 a.m. Late corners will not be allowed into the Graduation Square once the ceremony has started.
