You people are now becoming things today I had an interest in a laptop that was21k .I never had money on my mpsa so I decided to order later then this number called 0717127935 claiming to be jumia agent asking me if I had problem placing an order because I didn’t complete my order I told him I didn’t have enough money on mpsa he told me the vendor of the Same remaining with only 3units so I had to make quick before the stock got finished I went to my bank account and withdrew 21900 sh he then called and told me would order on my behalf I had no doubts about him jumia agent because he if he was not how did he know that I wanted to place an order .he directed me with payment process .he then told me to wait for confirmation after 30mins with no confirmation order I called the same number only to realize it was off I have calling jumia through out the day only to tell the money I sent was for a techno camon 21170 under the name kibuja Denis but he had cancelled the order and put 0758485196( kyln kalwale ukiru) as the number he wants the money refunded to . really ?!!! This was an inside job because I received the ipay message which of course shows I paid the money to jumia , and around 5 evening after much complains I have received a confirmation number from jumia so the person behind the conning is a jumia customer care . refund my money jumia and take action on the culprit or we will have to face each other in court.much disappointed
Jumia issa scam. A parcell to be delivered on Wed 7/7/19 is not yed delivered up to date. The customer care line is an answering machine and they don’t reply emails. Order at your own risk.

I second this feedback, it’s very rude that after paying money you end up being frustrated and when you try to contact Jumia customer care what you get is automated reply service which is very useless.

I have descided to stop shopping on Jumia because, with Jumia you can only make an order and make payment, any other communication is not available, and you can not reach customer care. In the form for cancellation the submit icon either does not work or is deliberately disabled.

Jumia kenya is the worst. Whenever i see this name on social media .i just close pagr. They have conned me off 28500 and have refused to refund after delivering a substandard item. Instead they keep sending threat mails. Really unfortunate.

i bought a teqworld tv order no. 309549489 i have returned it trice due to some software damages it had, the one i was exchanged recently it have the same problem from others i returned, so what can i do?
