The ministry of education has opened applications for the 2023 Elimu scholarship programme. Applications can be made online using the procedure provided on this page or manually by filling out the forms linked below.

Elimu Scholarship 2023

This year’s Elimu Scholarship application process started on January 17, 2023, and will close on 23rd January 2023. Only KCPE 2022 candidates with over 280 marks are allowed to apply for the scholarship.

Some of the details required in the application form include but are not limited to a KCPE result slip, a copy of the death certificate for deceased parent (s), a copy of your birth certificate, a recommendation letter from your headteacher, or religious leader, etc.

Manual Application

For manual application, collect scholarship application forms from any Equity Bank branch or Agent or Sub-county Director of Education (SCDE) office. You can also download the application form from egfdmis.equitybank.co.ke.

Form Submission Deadline

Filled application forms and other supporting documents should be submitted to any Equity Bank branch, agent, or SCDE office.

The Deadline for application and form submission is January 23, 2023.
