Graduation: Egerton University wishes to inform ALL candidates who qualified for the conferment of various degrees and award of diplomas of Egerton University during the2016/2017 academic year that the Graduation Ceremony will take place on Friday 16th June, 2017 starting at 9.00 a.m. at Njoro Campus. ALL GRADUANDS AND GUESTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE SEATED BY 8.30 A.M.

ORDER OF NAMES ON CERTIFICATES
The University will produce and issue certificates within one month of graduation. To enhance accuracy and speed of the processing of certificates,prospective graduands are required to review and verify their names and MUST submit their County of origin to the Deans of Faculty  by the set deadline. The names of the prospective graduands must be in the order in which they shall appear in the final certificate. The names should be the same ones in previous certificates, admission letter and are supported by the national identification card.

 
FEE CLEARANCE
Prospective graduands are reminded that certificates shall only be prepared for students who have satisfied examiners in their studies and whose names appear in the graduation booklet. All prospective graduands are therefore advised to clear with the University a month before.

REHEARSAL

All graduands who wish to participate in the ceremony and have paid all fees must attend the rehearsal on Thursday 15th June 2017 at 2.30 p.m. All graduands attending the rehearsal should be seated by 2.00 p.m. and be incomplete academic attire.
ACADEMIC DRESS

During the ceremony, all graduands will be required to be in full academic attire.Graduands are required to complete relevant forms before graduation day.
INVITATION CARDS
Each graduand will be provided with three invitation cards. The cards will be issued by the Deans of respective Faculties .
