If I need the good conduct certificate urgently but my appointment date is in January

Will I be listened to and given the service at Huduma center?

Unfortunately, there is no way Huduma Centre can hasten the process. Your fingerprints have to be processed by DCI who is the cause of the delays, not Huduma Centre.
