What if the appellant can not raise the deposit requested by the court?

An appeal for a judgement in my absence was granted but I was requested to deposit 1.5m ksh within 21 days and 5m ksh within 30 days. I was not able to raise this money and I feel that the court made it impossible for me get justice.
