Hello, I have send the index number to the code 20842, and the reply is "Dear candidate. Sorry, there is NO application submitted or index number does not exist.please contact KUCCCPS for more info.

Yet the online portal is not displaying any results.

Am worried.

Please,help/respond.

You should send your index number starting with your KCSE year to 20842. For example 2020XXXXXXXXXX.

Alternatively you can use the student portal to check the results.
