It takes 24 hours to receive NTSA driving test results. If login to NTSA portal you will see the status of the NTSA driving test as Licensed. You should also be able to apply for Smart Driving License via TIMS portal after you have passed the test.

You can go for a driving test without a provisional driving license if you have applied and lost one. However, you must have booked for the exams and are among the shortlisted to attend.
Currently it is not possible as you will get an error that you have a pending application. NTSA has promised to rectify the problem. Before they rectify, the only option you have is to first apply for interim driving license then apply for Smart driving license (DL).
If your Driving License details are available in NTSA eCitizen portal and are missing in NTSA TIMS portal then it means that your details were not migrated to TIMS Portal. If your DL details are missing on both NTSA TIMS and eCitzen portal then it means NTSA does not have your details in the system. The only solution to this problem is to visit NTSA offices to have your details updated in TIMS system.
