Can I do KUCCPS inter university transfer after Deadline?

I was not awhere when the transfes were on till they were closed down but now i wish to transfer after my realization,, can I make to transfer even after the closure.

No, it is not possible. The transfer option will be inactive. You have to wait for another transfer period to be open.
