What can I do, I have not been placed by KUCCPS?

I applied for the first time placement and I can't find any feedback on the same.

Which year are you referring to? Students who did their KCSE in 2021 have not yet been placed by KUCCPS as at the time this answer was posted.

If you did your KCSE in 2020 then you can only apply for TVET courses. Current application is for students who did their KCSE exams in 2021.
