Is a kcpe 327 marks student from poor background eligible to scholarship?

The pupil did kcpe 2021 and scored 327 marks. Unfortunately he's from a very poor background with both parents jobless. Can he access the scholarship still?

You can apply for Elimu Scholarship. Any children from a family that is affected by extreme poverty will over 280 marks is eligible to apply.
