Essential elements of effective communication in an organization include;

  • The sender- is the person who encodes the message/whom the message originate.
  • Message- is the information to be send
  • Medium/Channel- Means through which the message will be sent.
  • The receiver- is the person for whom the message is intended
  • Feedback- is the reply/reaction of the receiver to the message
