I want to sell a car that I bought with a loan. I can sell it and repay the loan

Yes, you can sell a car that you bought with a loan on written condition that the Bank will release the logbook to the buyer upon full settlement of the loan.

  • The Buyer has to accept to receive the logbook from the bank after payment
  • The Bank has to accept to release the logbook to your car buyer upon full settlement of the loan.
