is the money refundable when you cancel pdl

I wanted to pay for my interim and I ended up booking for another test how do I cancel it and the cash is it refundable

Getting a refund is a very long process that is not worth it if you are not in Nairobi. If you are, visit NTSA offices or Huduma Centre and claim the money.
