How do I cancel NTSA Pending payment?

I wanted to ask..how can i cancel a pending payment on ntsa portal which i mistakenly pressed but didn't make the payment

Currently, there is no option to cancel pending payment on NTSA TIMS portal. It will added in the future but for now, you need to contact NTSA to manually delete the pending application for you or pay for the pending payment.

You can contact NTSA by phone 0709 932 000 or info@ntsa.go.ke.
