My sim card was deactivated because I was not recharging how can I reactivate it

To reactivate your sim card while abroad, send a message to Safaricom customer care with the number,  your name, ID, and an alternative contact using the email address customercare@safaricom.co.ke or Twitter DM @Safaricom_Care.
