The letter I downloaded does not contain my loan amount kindly help

The attached document does not include my loan amount it states zero.Does that mean that I have not yet qualified for the loan

HELB portal does not have the option to download any letter. Once HELB loan has been disbursed, you will be notified via SMS or you can log in to HELB portal to see the disbursement status.
