How can I solve pdf attachment error helb account?

The error pop's up when am trying to finish applying for scholarship and helb loan.

If you are applying for HEF loan and scholarship and are getting errors while uploading your pdf copy, then make sure that the pdf copy you are uploading is not protected. Protected pdf documents cannot be uploaded.
