How do I solve TSC tpay "invalid names" error?

I get "invalid names" error when I try to login to tpay account

If you are getting "Invalid names" error when you register for tsc tpay payslip portal account, then in names you are either using Capital letter only or small letters only. Only the first letter of your name should be in capital letters. 

For example;

  • John Sitawa (correct format)
  • JOHN SITAWA (wrong format)
  • john sitawa (wrong format)
