I received a transfer letter from kuccps and I don't know how to get the admission letter

I was transferred from Moi university to Nairobi university and I can't apload my admission letter

If you have successfully transferred from Moi University to Nairobu University and you cannot download your admission letter and your colleagues have received theirs, then it means your transfer details have not been updated on the UON system.

Contact the University of Nairobi admission office using email; admissions@uonbi.ac.ke  or phone number (+254-20) 491 0000.
