Is it allowed to send someone to collect KASNEB certificate on my behalf?

No, everyone must collect their KASENEB certificate. You are required to personally visit KASNEB offices with your ID or request for the certificate to be sent via postal address by writing to certificates@kasneb.or.ke.

Remember to attach a copy of your national ID, post address code, and phone number in the request email.
