What is the difference between HEF and HELB and thier application process

HEF loan application was introduced in 2023 and it is only meant for students who were placed by KUCCPS IN 2023 going forward. On the other hand, HELB is meant for students who joined University before 2023. 

HELB may in the future not exist.
