KRA account get locked when you take time before accessing the account.
If you have tried to log in and you have received the warning message that "The account has been locked", then what you need to do is to click the Forgot Password or Unlock Account link available on the login page.
A new password will be sent to your kra itax portal registered email. Use the password to log in and set a new account password.
