Mpesa statement that for more than one year can only be obtained from Safaricom shop. Visit any Safaricom shop near you with your original national ID to have the mpesa statement generated. For statements less than a year, dial USSD *334#>select My Accout > Mpesa Statement >Request statement >Full Statement > then select the period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, this year or last 12 months).
To get Mpesa statement for your number, dial *334# then proceed to My Account>M-Pesa Statement and select 0 to receive mpesa statement for the last 5 days or register with email to receive monthly mpesa statements.There is no way you can receive M-Pesa statement for another number that you do not have
To get Mpesa statement for your till number dial *234# from the till's nominated phone number then go to M-Pesa business till, enter your store number, select mpesa statements, choose Register for Email statements and Accept terms.
