Returned status in NTSA TIMS portal when accepting ownership means that your application has been reverted back to the owner to rectify details or provide more documents. In most cases, the cause of this problem is the Logbook. Confirm whether the Logbook is jointly owned. Also ensure that you have uploaded all documents pertaining the vehicle. You can click on the VIEW button to see the reason the why the application was declined. If there are no reasons, then visit NTSA Offices to have your details updated.
DTU in NTSA means Driving Test Units. These are NTSA centres where driving tests are normally done. Your NTSA collection point is the same place where you are supposed to go for biometrics taking.
NTSA status 'unpost' means your smart driving license is not activated because you have a pending payment. Make sure that you have completed your payment for any of your pending applications in NTSA TIMS account. After payment the status should change to normal. Also make sure that you have paid ksh. 750 for pdl before you apply for smart driving license.
