How do i know if my ID card (new application) is ready after i apply.

undergone vetting process but am not sure if my  national ID is ready or how do i know.

You can check whether your ID card is ready or not for collection by sending the waiting card number to 20031. If you do not get a response, then the only remaining option is to keep confirming at your application office.
