HELB offers loans to masters degree students under the HELB Jielimshe loan. According to HELB loan, the maximum amount you can be awarded for Masters degree is 200,000 per year for 2 years.

Note that Ksh. 200,000 is the maximum. The amount they award to each student varies.

Other requirements of getting HELB Jielimishe loan include;

  • You must be employed (you will be required to provide three months' latest payslips)
  • If you are working in a private company then you need to send an email to helb to check whether your company is eligible ( jielimishe@helb.co.ke)
