To change your eCitizen account phone number, email, or name login to eCitzen portal and click "Account Management" on the top menu, under the "email" or "phone" click change to change your details.
If you cannot access the account because you forgot the password then reset your password. A verification code will be sent to your email or phone number. If you do not have access to the email or phone where the verification code was sent then send your request to change account details ((including a copy of your ID) to support@ecitizen.go.ke or info@gdp.go.ke.
