To change your KCPL meter names, you need to visit your area KPLC offices with your ID, KRA pin and land title deed to have your names corrected. If you acquired the meter number from a broker, then you have to contact him for name changes
To reverse Kenya Power payment made through Mpesa to the wrong meter number then download and fill out the reallocation form and take it to any Kenya Power office in your area. You will be issued a reference number which you can use later to follow up on reversal delays. Tokens will be reallocated to the correct KPLC meter number and you will receive a message. To check Nairobi Water bill via shortcode, dial *888#, then select Query bills and enter your Nairobi water account number and click send. You will receive a sms with your current water bill. You can pay the water bill through Mpesa Paybill number: 444400.

To report a Safaricom phone number that is registered with your ID number without your permission then Dial *106# then select Report Unknown Number, select the number to report and then send. You will be notified about the status of the case.
