It is not possible to reverse Safaricom airtime bought from the bank app. The only option you have is to resell the airtime to third-party airtime bulk buyers at a rate of 70%. For instance, if you sell airtime worth Ksh. 100 you will receive 70 in your mpesa. You can do a Google search for third-party airtime to mpesa converters.
If you have accidently bought airtime though Safaricom Mpesa instead of sending money, then you can reverse the transaction by forwarding the M-PESA sms to 456. This is not applicable for airtime bought through bank accounts or third party mobile apps
