Ministry of Health on Healthcare Reforms Regulatory Compliance

Ministry of Health Principal Secretary, Mary Muthoni, has today reaffirmed the Ministry's commitment to regulatory compliance regarding the Social Health Insurance Act during a session with the National Assembly Committee on Delegated Legislation. 

She emphasized the Ministry's dedication to thoroughness in formulating regulations, ensuring comprehensive adherence to regulatory standards. 

PS Muthoni highlighted the Ministry's readiness to overcome final regulatory hurdles, advancing towards comprehensive healthcare coverage for all citizens under the Social Health Insurance Act.
