PSC on the best performing ministries and departments

The Ministry of Public Service, Performance, and Delivery Management has published a list of the best performing ministries and departments based on government public policies, projects, and programmes implemented (as per their performance contracts). In addition to ministries, state corporations, independent institutions, and county governments have also been ranked. Below are rankings of ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs) based on their performance.

The figures indicate the score awarded. What is in brackets is how much the ministry or department has improved compared to the previous year's rankings. 

The lower the score, the better the performance. Below 3.0 is considered very good, between 3.0 and 3.60 is considered good, and above 3.60 is Fair. 

Although the Ministry of Health is at number 20, it is the most improved.
