KASNEB on system downtime restoration

KASNEB says that it has restored system downtime. The portal had not been working for hours, which affected invoice payment and upload of document. Below is the full statement; 

To our students and other stakeholders

We are pleased to inform you that the ICT systems downtime which had affected services on the students portal and other platforms has now been addressed, and normal services have resumed. You can now access the student portal through the kasneb website and make payments for registration, examination booking and other services.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the downtime and appreciate your patience. Secretary/Chief Executive Officer.
