PPRA launches Administrative Review Case Management System (ARCMS) Portal

The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) has announced the launch of the new Administrative Review Case Management System (ARCMS), an online platform for filing and managing procurement and asset disposal disputes.

Established under the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board (the Review Board) is responsible for reviewing, hearing, and determining tendering and asset disposal disputes. To support the Review Board in effectively carrying out this mandate, the Authority has developed the ARCMS.

The ARCMS is a self-service portal that allows complainants to submit, query, and manage their requests for review, view the status of their cases before the Board, and access the Board's decisions. The system ensures the confidentiality and security of the information captured, which will be used solely for the purposes of the review process.

Effective Tuesday, April 16, 2024, all requests for review must be filed through the ARCMS, which is accessible online at https://arcms.ppra.go.ke. Stakeholders can access the user manual on the Authority's website at https://ppra.go.ke.

The launch of the ARCMS is expected to streamline the administrative review process, making it more efficient and accessible for all parties involved in public procurement and asset disposal disputes.
