Mpesa business app is available for download at Google Play store for android devices (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.safaricom.mpesa.orgapp). Mpesa for Business apk is available for download from apkpure.com but there is no guarantee that it will work.
If you are facing the problem Mpesa business app transactions missing or not reflecting then update it to the latest version. Also try clearing the app's cache. As at writing this answer, Mpesa business app does not provide real-time transactions updates
To download the M-PESA app, go to Google Play Store on an Android or the App Store on an iOS device. Click "Install" and the app will be downloaded to your device.
To acces mpesa business portal visit https://m-pesaforbusiness.co.ke/login and login with your nominated phone number. This is the number you provided during paybill or till number registration. You will receive an OTP for login.
Safaricom has acknowledged that it was having an issue with M-Pesa statement and its team was working to resolve it. We hope the problem has been sorted.
